Social Entrepreneurship & AIESEC

Hey All,

Last August 24th, we delivered the Opening Event of my Social Entrepreneurship project in AIESEC, the international organization for activating leadership where I work. The project is called "Global Entrepreneur" and it aims at inspiring young people to become social entrepreneurs and work on sustainability and management in local NGO's in Vitória.

We had around 17 NGO's, one CSR Consultancy and 2 companies to make a SOWT analyse on the Third Sector. The discussions were very good. This is our first learning event around the issue of Social Entrepreneurship. We had 4 good cases of NGO's: Acacci (children cancer),Fundação Otacílio Coser (Corporate Foundation) Aces and Movive (community development). They shared their good practices experiences with other NGO's while the facilitators were promoting the brainstom of ideas and compiling them.
